United States Department of AgricultureNetwork Virtualization Services [Type: Sub]Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), teamed with Integral Consulting Services, Inc. (Integral), contracted ILS to provide infrastructure and network management support to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Economic Research Service (ERS) initiatives. Under the contract, ILS will provide design, implementation and support of an enterprise level solution to virtualize several servers while providing consolidated storage via three pooled storage area networks. This virtualization implementation will be broken out into three distinct phases. Phase I will be the design of the system and storage architecture. Phase II will be hardware selection and procurement by ERS staff. Phase III will include implementation, validation, documentation, and knowledge transfer. ERS estimates that over 90% of their server footprint will be virtualized with this project. |

Equal Employment Opportunity CommissionIT Support Services [Type: Sub]Advanced Software Systems, Inc. contracted to assist in providing the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission with supporting their document management, content management, Web development and maintenance, systems integration, and case management programs. The Enterprise Application Services (EAS) program entails program management, technical expertise and technology alignment to enhance, improve and optimize a portfolio of systems and applications using a variety of different tools and technologies. Under the contract, ILS will support the Commission’s initiatives application development and website redesign services. |

United States Courts – Administrative OfficesIT Support Services [Type: Sub]ILS was contracted through L3 Communications (http://www.L3stratis.com) and Mastech (http://www.mastech.com) to support the Administration Offices (AO) of the US Courts. The contract involves the systematic reverse-engineering of the existing InfoWeb legacy system to a ColdFusion-based web-enabled application. InfoWeb is comprised of over 150 modules used to facilitate all administrative activities for all of the offices of the US Courts. Core services ILS provides are technical documentation and application development support. Specific tasks include application development, database management, program management support, test and evaluation support, deployment support, integrated logistics support, and budget planning and formulation. |

United States Department of LaborIT Support Services [Type: Sub]ILS Technologies was contracted by the Department of Labor to provide web application development and database administration and management support. Under the contract, ILS worked with Inserso (http://www.inserso.com) to support the Department of Labor’s online E-Certification. The system allows users to apply for and document visa requests for H1, H2, and related types of work visas. This included support of existing online modules, and the development and deployment of new modules. The system allows applicants to certify their need for foreign workers and comply with legal requirements for documenting prevailing wage and labor conditions in their local areas. Specific tasks included application development, database management, program management support, test and evaluation support, deployment support, integrated logistics support, and budget planning and formulation. |
