We strive to provide excellence in the delivery of solid, best-value and value added business technology solutions, from software development and support to enterprise architecture deployment and management.

Project Management Philosophy

ILS employs the PRINCE2 project management methodology as it affords a complete framework by which any task can be accomplished. After the project has been completed and in production, we then implement a 6Sigma approach in meeting our clients ever changing demands in the overall process improvement of the system as it continues to evolve.
