The new company will be designated as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business and will be based in Waldorf, MD. Joining the company as an affiliate is Artis Consulting Group LLC based in Kansas City, MO. Artis will act as the company’s MidWest Region Partner and facilitate contracts within the region and points west.

“Our primary focus will be centered on providing solutions to government and defense agencies,” Doles said. “Both Brian and I have a vast amount of experience in the government sector and it just made sense to consolidate our efforts. His IT background is heavy on web and application development, whereas my background is primarily in network infrastructure, security and administration. We have a lot to offer and we are excited about the long-term growth of ILS. We plan to be around for a long time.”
